สวัสดี !

Hi friends, family, and Thailand enthusiasts!

I will be serving in the Peace Corps Thailand program from January 2019 to March 2021 as an English Co-Teacher! Officially known as a Teaching Empowerment for Student Success (TESS) volunteer, I am responsible for co-teaching the English language to students ages 6-11 with a native Thai English teacher. Together, we will collaborate on the most effective methods of teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL).

One of the Peace Corps' major goals is to help Americans learn more about the countries in which we serve, so I will be updating this blog as often as I can with the things I have seen, and the experiences I have had. I hope to articulate my adventures with as much detail as possible, post a lot of pictures, and brag about the delicious food I am eating! So let's get started on learning all about "The Land of a Thousand Smiles," together! Wish me luck!

  1. Greetings!

I was a PCV in Ethiopia and serve on the Board of the Museum of the Peace Corps Experience. I noticed your blog posts, and wondered if you would be interested in supporting the Museum with your time and talents.

Please visit our website (peacecorpsmuseum.org) to view our exhibits and activities. We're in the process of upgrading RPCV stories and articles and need several volunteers to help with our website modification. If you are interested, please reply. I will provide more details about the skills and time commitment we are seeking.
